Built by a WFM practitioner who got tired of watching good planners lose to bad tools.
I spent years in contact-center workforce management — building forecasts, fighting spreadsheets, and explaining why Monday's schedule no longer matched Friday's volume. The math existed in enterprise suites and academic papers, but teams my size were stuck copying tabs and hoping.
I built Foresight WFM to close that gap: the same forecasting families, Erlang staffing, and constraint-based optimization large centers use — triggered by one Excel upload and finished in a single run.
This is an invite-only beta. I'm working closely with a small number of planning teams to make sure the product earns trust before it earns scale.
