The walkthrough shows a complete Foresight WFM job on sample data. You upload a Build Data Excel workbook, choose a forecast method (or bring your own), and set total-staffing and coverage guardrails.
Results open in the app: every forecasting model scored by MAPE (including an honest year-over-year baseline), Erlang C capacity at 15-minute intervals, an optimized shift schedule checked against your C2/P0/P1 bounds, a what-if fine-tune grid, and a downloadable multi-tab Excel report.
