Beta service
Foresight WFM is an invite-only beta. Features, uptime, and data handling may change without notice. The service is provided for evaluation purposes.
Eligibility & access
Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service (forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and delivering reports). You represent that you have the right to upload the data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or agreements.
Acceptable use
- Upload only workforce data you are authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to breach security or access other users' runs.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FORECASTS AND SCHEDULES ARE DECISION-SUPPORT TOOLS — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE FROM THEM.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BETA SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH, DURING THE FREE BETA, IS ZERO).
Termination
We may suspend or end beta access at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Foresight WFM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Update this section after legal review.
