Last updated: July 2026. Foresight WFM is operated by Foresight Analytics LLC. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you use our beta service.
What we collect
- Account information — name and email via Clerk when you accept an invitation.
- Uploaded workforce data — your Build Data workbook (.xlsx), including volumes, handle times, schedules, and related operational inputs.
- Run outputs — generated Excel reports, results JSON, and run metadata (status, settings, timestamps).
- Contact form messages — name, email, and message content when you reach out.
- Technical logs — request metadata (IDs, status codes, timestamps). We do not log customer volume or staffing values in application logs.
How we use it
We use your data solely to run forecasts, capacity plans, and schedules you request; to operate and improve the beta; to respond to support messages; and to send run-completion emails you opt into by running a job.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded operational data to train third-party models.
Retention
- You may keep multiple runs; signing out deletes all of your runs and their files for that session's cleanup.
- Uploaded files and outputs are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
- Contact form records are kept only as long as needed to respond and administer the beta.
Processors & infrastructure
We rely on the following service providers:
- Google Cloud — compute, storage, and job execution (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage / Firestore when enabled).
- Vercel — frontend hosting.
- Clerk — authentication and user management.
- Resend — transactional and contact email delivery.
Security
Access to run data is limited to the authenticated account that created the run. Files are stored in isolated per-run paths. This is beta software — while we take reasonable precautions, no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account data or ask what we hold by contacting us through the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product moves beyond beta. Material changes will be noted on this page.
