Contact-center workforce management shouldn't require a room full of analysts, a shelf of spreadsheets, and a prayer that Monday's schedule still matches Friday's forecast.
Foresight WFM is a new platform I'm building for WFM managers, operations leads, and BPO planners who need enterprise-grade math without enterprise-grade complexity.
What it does
Upload your Build Data workbook — the same format many planning teams already maintain — and Foresight runs a full pipeline in one job:
- Forecast contact rate or volume using seven competing models; the engine picks the lowest-MAPE winner (or you choose the family).
- Size staffing with Erlang C at 15-minute intervals, respecting your shrinkage and SLA inputs.
- Optimize shift starts with constraint-based schedule optimization, holding hard total-staffing bands (C2) and lexicographic goals (P0/P1) you control.
- Deliver a formatted multi-tab Excel report plus interactive results for what-if fine-tuning.
Who it's for
This is an invite-only beta. I'm onboarding a small number of teams who want to replace spreadsheet planning with auditable, constraint-based schedules — and who are willing to give honest feedback while the product matures.
What's next
If that sounds like your team, request access. I'll reply within one business day and send a Clerk invitation when we're a good fit.
More posts coming on contact-rate vs volume forecasting, what C2/P0/P1 guardrails mean for your schedule, and how every run is verified against your constraints.
